We take complete care of the linen and towels, including washing, drying and preparing them for the next guest arrival. The linen is always returned clean, neatly folded and ready for use, ensuring the owners a high level of hygiene and consistent quality of accommodation.
Pool maintenance
Regular pool maintenance according to the agreed schedule. Includes basic water condition control, cleaning and equipment monitoring, with service coordination as needed.
Adaptations and technical organization
We organize and supervise adaptations and technical improvements to the facility in cooperation with trusted subcontractors. We take care of the progress of the work, coordination of contractors and quality control, so that your property retains its value and functionality in the long term.
